For the best comfort and humidity control, the home is set to 74°F, which is ideal for Southwest Florida's climate.

Please keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running to help maintain a cool and comfortable indoor environment.

Bagged trash → green-top bins. Rinsed recyclables (loose) → yellow-top bin.

What goes where

Bagged household trash goes in the green-topped bins on the side of the house. Rinsed, clean recyclables — glass, aluminum, plastic bottles, paper, cardboard — go loose (no bags, no food residue) in the yellow-topped bin.

Naples Park pickup

Trash: Tuesday & Friday. Recycling: Friday. Roll bins to the curb the night before and return them after collection.

Smoke & CO detectors, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit on site.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout. Fire extinguishers are under the kitchen sink and in the garage. A first-aid kit is under the kitchen sink. Please lock all doors when you leave the home.

Gas grill is ready to use. A backup propane tank sits beside the AC unit if you need to swap — a quick message lets us restock for the next guests.

Heated automatically — rinse off sand before swimming.

The pool is heated and the heater runs automatically — no settings to adjust.

Pool rules

Please shower off sand before entering. No glass near the pool deck. The pool cleaner may stop by during your stay — they're in and out quickly.

In the garage cabinet

Golf balls, dart accessories and a hand pump for tires and balls are in the white storage cabinet. A Ryobi 18V power inflator is mounted on the rear garage wall for larger inflatables.

Please return all equipment to its storage area so the next guests can enjoy it too. Used at guest's own risk — please supervise children.
